Event Operations Floor Manager
As an Event Operations Floor Manager, I contribute to exceptional customer service by leading frontline staff to deliver professional and efficient service at every event. I ensure the venue is fully prepared and aligned with each client’s vision. During events, I address client needs and serve as the main point of contact between the client and Ricarda’s departments. By anticipating peak periods, adjusting staffing levels, and maintaining high standards, I help create a smooth and memorable experience for every guest.

With over 7 years in hospitality and event coordination, I have always taken pride in producing the unseen moments for our clients and elevating the guest experience. There is no better feeling than seeing an event through the initial walkthrough and all the way to the DJ’s last song. From planning floor plans to finalizing your menu, I am there every step of the way to make your event run smoothly and stress free.
